Listen for your "Just-Do-It" (JDI) assignments as a Person of the Future. Suggested trial period is one weekly session of 10-20 minutes for four weeks.

Get a buddy

Same as "Solo discovery instructions" above except that you check in once a week with a buddy to talk about how things are going. Suggested trial period is one weekly discussion for four weeks.
